BCM 4.0 virtual extension

Not sure if I should have put this Call Pilot forum or what, so forgive me if I'm in the wrong place.
We have remote personnel that have a voicemail box on the BCM. How do internal users call the extension assigned to the voicemail without actually provisioning a phone?

Try using the Send Message Feature
F980 then mailbox number.

You build a target line for that number and set the private and public digits ie 1234. Then in the callpilot mailbox put that line in the express message line field. That's how you give some one a mailbox without a phone.
