bcm 4.0 - supervision analog trunks

We have a bcm 200 rls 4.0 with gatm 8 and 4x16, this pbx is used for contact center and cctree from call pilot.

The bcm is update with lasted patch from nortel and we apply this changes:

The problem is BCM not hanging up the analog trunk even if the caller from the PSTN has finished the call, sometimes the call is end when the agent is login and receives empty call and hanging up.

Have you tested the lines to make sure that Telco has Supervision turned on?

The lines are ok, we turned on supervision once but the problem still continues.
What can we do?

Yes but Telco may not have the supervision turned on.
