Bcm 4.0 SIP Trunks all busy

I have a customer with 8 SIP Trunks licenses, the problem is that after 8 VOIP calls, he gets a "All 8 SIP trunks licenses in use" in the alarm logs and then a busy tone.
The workaround for now is to restart the FEPS service.
I was there this morning to install SU3 but the problem persist.In Bcm Monitor when the call fails it shows that no Voip trunk are in-use, they're all idle. Has anyone got this problem before?
Guess i'll probably have to open a case at Nortel India...!
 
Try watching your MCDN over IP on a call from start to finish and see if the teardown messages are being received.

You may need to watch both sides simultaneously.

Just want to give an update on this case.
The installation of latest SU for the bcm 4.0 did not fix the problem, it's the SU on the bcm50 at the other end that did fix it.
