Team can someone confirm if it is possible to restore the call center calls from a BCM backup?
To be accurate can i get a bcm400 release 4.0 with factory default hard disk, restore a full backup that
contains all configuration including all CDR info and then uppon restoring BCM to install the RCC on a PC and
run the RCC to get old reports for call center calls stored into the system?
All keycodes are in place to enable the ICC & ICC Reporting.
Thanks.

I followed the procedure but ICC reporting did not find any calls in database although there are calls done.
Am i missing anything?

thanks

A typical BCM backup would normally contain the CDR data, although this can be deleted within the BCM Element Manager programming under the CDR section. You can use a zip programm such as WinRar to look at the CDR data in the backup to see what is in there.

As for the RCC program, when rebuilding or installing RCC, it will try to collect the data that is specified within the dates set and from experience this can take a very long time to drag across.

I've played about with BCM restores on the "50" range and found that it all imported across OK after the restore.

I will try a fresh system with a complete backup restore and then srart RCC to get the CDR coverted into reports.
