I have a problem with a BCM 400 4.0 with the latest version of RCC and Softboard. The customer has about 6 skillsets and after creating the seventh skillset it will not populate in the softboard assignment to add the SS in the wallboard. All the other skillsets appear but the last one created. We have tried deleting the skillset and adding it again, we have also tried resetting the system but the problem still exists. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Check with your vendor. I believe there is a patch or soon to be released patch to correct problem.
