BCM 4.0 RCC problem

I recently performed SU1 on a customers BCM 400 (4.0)
I had to uninstall the RCC on the customers PC running RCC. I then downloaded and installed the newer version (this is in the read me doc from Nortel) After I performed this, the web site wouldn't come up. I followed the troubleshooting doc and uninstalled MySql. Problem is, the exisiting user names and passwords are gone. There is a utility called rap.exe but it is asking for an 8 digit code to reset the password to 0000. Does anyone know how to get this code without calling our dear friends at Nortel?
