BCM 4.0 pause not working with Speed Dials

I have a BCM 4.0. with a PRI. I am trying to program an External auto dial on a phone with a pause and then an extension number (to a Remote Auto Attendent) Problem is it takes the pauses but when using the BCM monitor, it spits out the number and the extension right away without the pause. Anyone run accross this?

I haven't tryed it on a PRI but dosent the PRI send the digits dialed not pauses.Under public DN length.

I was just doing this on another system and the tech said it was because of the PRI.
