Download the update patches first and save to your Laptop
go to ADMISTRATION
go to Sofware updates
Press GET UPDATES
scroll to the location you have saved the updates.
select the System SU update first.
Run it
This will forec a reboot of the system taking the phones down. 15 to 20 mins
When completed log back in with Element manager
follow the same process as above but this time
select the DESKTOP uptate and run it.
go to ADMISTRATION
