It seems unlikely, but I could be wrong. The BCM 4.0 documentation shows how to use AD-Hoc conference on Digital Sets, and not on conference phones or analog phones. You can possibly get a digital phone, get that phone to setup the conference, and make use of the Ad-Hoc mode.
I have not tried it, but if it works, let us know.
What confuses most people is Terminogoly, The Analog Polycom is a Conference Room Phone more than it is a Conference Phone. I tend to think of a Conference Phone as a phone that I can conference 6 or more Internal and External phones. I guess you will need to do as bulemr2 said to do.
