Have read couple of threads on BCM 400 3.5 Modem. Have searched through documentation for BCM 400 4.0 modem. Other than it exists have not found anything on how to configure. Basically figure should act like ISP and answer an outside line and create connection. At that point, assume should be able to open Element Manager with IP address provided. Is that even remotely close??? No Pun Intended!!

You can use Ftr9*0 on BCM 4.0 like RAD, Operator assisted. You need to turn on, since default is No. Furthermore, Modem has internal DN, that can be accessed via AA.
