Yes. We sold it to a Law Office. The keycode is difficult installing all by itself. Let alone the IVR programming. All I did was enter the CDN povided by the 3rd party vendor that supplied the IVR programming.
The customer loved it, but I did no programming on it. It needs to be integrated with the customers database.
