BCM 4.0 issue

The main phone is ext 600. There is an Answer DN on 3 other phones for this extension. Sometimes a call comes in and the first ring is longer than normal. When this happens it does not ring the Answer DN's. Has anyone seen this before?

Sounds like a software glitch. Latest Patches?
Try removing the answer DN's and make call in. Doe's it ring longer now?
Then reapply the Ans DN's.
 
It is very difficult to patch this system due to the customer's refusal to go down for 15 minutes day or night. I will try to remove them and reapply them. Thanks.

Instead of an answer DN, try putting the sets into a broadcast hunt group. That will prevent calls from following any of the sets' call forwarding programming.
