Hi Folks

Has anybody noticed that access to "Feature" **DEBUG on BCM 4.0 (BCM 50?) via a telset is now different?. You have to enter a User ID before the password (The password is different every day!). I'm trying to find out what the User ID is?.
I've been testing it out with a M7310 & a 2050 softphone today. Logging in via the Telset using the "Feature" ** 266344 (CONFIG) User ID & Password was fine.
I was hoping to update my Norstar/BCM debugging guide.
Any help would be great please.

Thanks

user is 667877878 (nnsupport)
Password depends on date and time.

Thanks Steeef for the message.

I've tried using Feature ** 33284, Then the User ID: of
667877878 (nnsupport). I've used the same formula for the password, based on the date of 08 12 06 as 2**20* (I've left out three of the digits for reasons of security!).
I get the message "Denied in admin". Has the formula changed?. I was using a M7310 & a 2050 Softphone.

sorry, i dont know if the formula has changed because i dont know any of these formulas :)

I've since been told that the F** DEBUG option has been removed on BCM 50 & 4.0. The specialist section is accessed via Element Manager using the User ID nnsupport. The password is different every day & the Systems site ID is required by Nortel.
