Does anyone know how to make a BCM think it hasnt sent its CDR information. I have it set to push daily, and NOT to delete files after transfer. now I want to send all the files again, but it only sends the latest data. there must be a flag some where that says start sending files from here. any ideas?

anyone has an idea on this? i too am looking for a way to retrieve previously retrieved logs. thanks

up for this thread. anyone has an idea for retrieving previously retrieved logs?

thank you

All the CDR Log files are located on the E: drive, and should still be there. Start up an FTP server on your laptop/pc, telnet into the BCM and goto the E: drive and whittle your way in to the CDR directory (you'll find it). Then push the data yourself...

That is what I used to do in pre 4.0 systems. Telnet is not available in 4.0, unless you use puddy and know nortels secret log in.
