BCM 4.0 callpilot users can't leave messages.Error says system is full

All,

I have a bcm 4.0 and users are getting error messages saying the system is full when trying to leave a message but, there are only 20 mb's and only about 15 total messages, None longer than 2 min.

anyone have an idea of what is causing this?

Was this system ever initialized? Do you have licenses for seats? What status is it in? What are the lights on the face doing? Can you log into it?
