BCM 4.0 - Call Record in Voicemail

Latest patches, can you turn off the recording that is played when a user selects the Call Record (F989)? Currently they hear Nortel Nancy say, "This call is now being recorded".

I don't think it can, but a customer said our CSR said it could be done... Thoughts??

I think it can only be done on BCM50 release 3.
