BCM 4.0 and 12xx series

Does anyone know if there will be a patch for BCM4.0 to support 12xx series sets ?

12xx series are the dark grey ones right? If yea, then they are supported..

I could be wrong but I thought the 1200 series sets only worked on BCM50 3.0.

oooh, you're right.. The locations we have them installed have BCM50's, not the 200/400 4.0..

Yes you are correct, however I think I seen a document from Nortel saying that a patch was being released to support these on release 4.0

I think I may have seen it in notes of a patch a while ago but the patch was pulled.

Does this ring any bells with anyone or am I going mad maybe ? ? ?

BCM 5.0 should be out shortly. That will support 1200 series IP phones
