BCM 3 digit dialing between sites issue

Customer has 4 bcm's. 3 50R5's and 1 450R1. They are networked together and they 3 digit dial between. I am having an issue with 1 station at one of the sites. They forward their phone to their cell phone, and when they do that, theres a "extension not in service" error when 3 digit dialing. Everyone else who forwards to a cell, no problems. When forwarding is turned off, the 3 digit dialing to that extension works perfectly. Any ideas why that 1 extension would have the issue?

does it show in the display "extension not in service"or are you getting reorder tone

if you get the tone double check the fwd on the set may be incorrect number or the system can't forward that set external
(restriction services, or like)

No message in display, just a recording saying the number is not in service. Now, some of the sets that aren't forwarded are having this issue.

if your getting a voice recording then it must be a telco issue or the system is not dialing out correctly
the systems don't have voice recordings for trk errors
