You probably mean "set relocation" that allow you to move a phone and keep it's extension number?
Log to Unified Manager-Services-Telephony-General settings and you should see the option "set relocation". I go by heart but i'll verify tomorrow, been doing 4.0 for some time now so loosing it a bit on the older bcm's...
