I have a customer trying to see if using a CTA100 in conjunction with a 3rd party call accounting application would be able to pull extension to extension calling information.
I thought that no matter if you use that setup or an SMDR6, it would only pull info for external calls, not internal to internal as well.
I see nothing in which it states either way in the NORTEL docs. Has anyone done this before?
Help would be appreciated,
