I have a customer stating that they are experiencing some crosstalk on there BCM 3.7 system. Sounds like it is happening on IP phones when placing calls out on there PRI circuit. Has anyone experienced this before? I'm not sure what to tell the customer yet. I've noticed that the cumalative patch #3 for BCM 3.6 address some cross talk issues, but nothing that I've seen for a BCM 3.7.

BCM 3.7 with Crosstalk

Echo is probably what they're experiencing. Try adjusting the LBO on the CSU - it defaults to 0, try setting it to 7.5. A high signal level on a T-1/PRI can cause echo to occur when IP sets are in the picture. Crosstalk is theoretically impossible on a T1/PRI - if it was happening, it would be at the far end or central office.
