Customer is forwarding the main consol to other extensions but instead of it going to the forwarded mailbox it goes to the General Delivery. Is this normal on a BCM 3.7 with Call Pilot? Secondly they also wanted an option for callers to be able to go to the main company greeting options instead of it going to General Deliver. I don't think this second request can be accomplished other than setting up a CCR Tree or pressing the * key so it can go to the Alt greeting if the AA settings are set to Yes and there is an Alt. recording but perhaps there is some other option they can go choose to route them back to the company greeting prompts. Hope this makes sense. Please advise.
