BCM 3.7 to 4.0 Upgrade 1

In the directory where you unziped the 4.0-Upgrade-PreCheck-1.06.exe file their should be a file called prepfolders.lst including a number of other files
either you have accidentally deleted this file or your download was corrupt
Delete the directory with the upgrade check in and re extract the 4.0-Upgrade-PreCheck-1.06.exe and try again
