BCM 3.7 to 4.0 Upgrade-Problem with Keycode File

Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade BCM400 from 3.7 to 4.0.My licence file came strait from Nortel and it has all the keycodes including 4.0 upgrade keycode.During System Health Check I receive following error message:"Problem with the keycode file.Return value is 6" Could someone suggest what the problem might be?

If memory serves me we had that same issue on a system about 4 months ago and it turned out to be a bad file. Nortel regenerated the codes and everything came up.

I just now tried an upgrade and got a similar message with a return code of 8. I have called the reseller and asked him to use KRS and regenerate the key code as was suggested with the error 6 and I'll see how that does. If anyone has anyother ideas please let me know.
