BCM 3.7 Telephony fails on restore

Hi i have a 3.7 which had a faulty hard drive, i have replaced the drive.
Carried out a universal platform initiation.
Msc upload.

the exact same as i have done on many occasions before only this time iam getting an error unable to upload telephony to media services card.

I have tried patching.
removing the mbm
re- intilizing the drive.

Any ideas i know it old software but we still maintain many awaiting upgrades.
 
I had the same problem a few years back. It turned out the system had fake software licensed began with. It was pirated software. It had started out at 3.6 and had been updated with bad software to 3.7. When I bought in Nortel, they new the serial number was fake. This customer had bought it through a vendor that later was involved in legal problems with Nortel. Not sure that's you issue, but wanted you to know I had the same exact issue. My customer went ahead and bought a new BCM400 through us.
