We have an incoming toll free dedicated on an LD PRI. DNIS 3889, target line 492. How do I name this incoming line so the user knows that someone is calling it. Example, I call and display should show FTTx. Thanks.

You can name target line 492 FTTx. Don't check the CLID box when you assign the line to the phone or else you will see caller ID instead of FTTx.

Thank you. I see it. Now another question. My local PRI for the DIDs has incoming received # length of 3 digits and the LD incoming received for the DNIS is 4 digits. (my error in ordering) Of course default will always go to the console if not recognized) Can i change the public length (max 3) from 3 to 4 and still not have a problem with my local DID's coming in okay? Doesnt seem i can do my name requirement without assigning the target line the 4 digit dnis which wants 3 at this time. Thanks again
