Group Hello,
I have a customer with a BCM 3.7 machine, all appropriate licensing - recently replaced the hard drive and after loading all the patches, RCC gets Network Error.
ccrstest does not work.
This reporting machine was working find until the system crashed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled RCC on this machine.
When I run ccrstest with or without ssl - I receive the error of Not Found - requested URL/voicemail-cgi-bin/CCRSNDP.exe was not found on this server.
HELP!
