I have a BCM 3.7 with Reporting for Call Center, the computer crashed the RCC was running on,

A new PC was brought in to replace the old, patches were brought up to date to bring the 3.7 box up to date with the latest patches.

The new RCC software uses Mysql 4.x in stead of 3.x per the docs... but the install appears to be the same.

Clean XP load , new hardware, no anti spy, anti virus, defender, popup blocker, defender, firewalls, etc turned on.

IIS is loaded the install goes through fine

I can browse to the RCC page, type in the ip address of the Bcm to make the connection... passwords are correct and the test CCRSDMP does pull the xml file and call detail but the call history does not download it tells me to check the status of the call center and try again.

Anyone run into this?

Thanks

Richard

Put "8088" in "port" in the "call center connection" tab.
Sometimes it does the trick otherwise when i have this issue at a customer site, i re-install Windows XP myself and it works everytime.

I have a customer site that does the same thing - found that when I remove the port of 80 in contact center connection, I am able to connect and the information downloads. I don't know why, but it works.
