BCM 3.7 outgoing caller ID

Good Day,
I am sharing a single switch with three different companies. Three different HUNTs groups with different lines for each. I get the extarnal callerID showing correctly for each user. But all the users they all showing name of CoMPANY A, thats configured under the company name >Telephony > General. Is there anyway to show different names on caller ID for each outgoing number or per DN.

Looks like they are along lines. I am not an BCM Specalist. I can do basic tasks. It was installed a while Ago. Just really to see if its possible to get the DID to display different callerIDS

You said it is sending the correct CLID for each user but the same name. Sounds like you have a PRI-T1. Unfortunately that is what your going to get. You can call the provider and have them remove the name but since it is he older software it is just one business name.

Its currently sending same callerID names for Everyone. I want to show their name for callerID or Seperate for each company.

Just a thought...

In company name just use a couple spaces (blank name)or short form of both companies i.e. TFB SMD
Then in OLI under each set put in the number of your choice.

Wont take the spaces or ....

Ok , I know it will take a space after the characters....interesting.
Just put the name of your city as a test and see if it works, if not then carrier is sending name like cook stated.

Changed the name now callerID Shows "Toronto".

If it's analog you are not going to change it. If it's PRI then you should be able to send the clid of the did's you have.

Its Analog. Theres no way to set the callerid with the carrier for every hunt group?

How would I do this?

Yes PRI
Under sets you will see OLI, put in the persons DID number or the main number of the company they work for.
