Log File Information
> BCM logs are located on the E: Drive under the folder E:\Nortel
Networks\Logs
> The directory structure is as follows:
• Apache
• Logs regarding the Apache Web server
• BCM 3.x Upgrade
• After the upgrade completes it moves all the log files for that upgrade here
• BRU
• Logs on the Backup and Restore Utility
• CallPilot
• Logs for Call Pilot Voice Mail
• Doorphone
• Logging for the BCM Door Phone
