We just purchased the BCM 3.7. After we purchased the system we found out that the Call Pilot voicemail system lacked the following:
1. Ability to speed up or slow down a message.
2. There was no way to tell how long a message was unless you were going to listen through unified messaging feature.
3. Voicemail prompts are slow. It takes a while before the voice of the prompts tells you what your options are?
4. Is there a way for your backdoor number to go straight to the Call Pilot prompt so you can get in to voicemail quicker, without it going to your company main greeting and having to press "star" "star".
Are there any programming tweaks that can be done to achieve these features?
