BCM 3.7 DND

Has anybody had any wierd issues with Release 3.7 on a BCM and DND feature.

I have a guy in the field saying that the sets are Y for DND on busy. Forward on busy is none. DRT to prime is none. Trasfer Callback is off.

When you transfer a call to a busy phone, the second line flashes, this is good. But after four rings the call goes back to the person that transfered the call. Anybody know how this is possible?

One more thing. They want the call to go to voicemail after 4 rings. Forward no answer to VM is setup.

I was having similiar problems with version 3.6, and Nortel didn't have a fix for it.

Really. I guess will have to work around this issue than.
