BCM 3.7 DECT, no dial tone, no busy tone and no ringing signalling

I'm having a new BCM 3.7 System here, and i have the problem that my DECT phonesdont have dialtone or a busy tone, wenn calling a busy set, or even a tone that ist signalling thet the called phene is ringing.

After the call isst answered the speech is fine?

any ideea?

What type of dect system?

Is it a new DMC or previous version.

If you are using ATA’s and you can see them in active DN’s it could be because your connection from the ATA to the phone is at fault. I would suggest trying and re-terminating the wires. Especially if you have used the leads that come with a new T series phone, as there is more cotton that copper!!
