BCM 3.7 Crosstalk

I have a customer that has a recently installed 3.7 BCM 400,it is a mix of digital and i2004 sets. the problem is intermittently only the i2004 sets get crossed with each other on both incomming and outgoing calls, the only way to fix the problem is to reset the system. any ideas?

Patches. Is this system patched to current?

It has cummulative 1 for 3.7,I have scheduled to install service update 2,but I did not see anything in the readme for crosstalk issues. However the i2004 sets are an older rls.

I believe a couple of the patches contained within SU2 have fixes which refer to crosstalk (Core 0708 in particular).

I patch the unit to current and see if the problem persists.
