BCM 3.7 correcting the time 3

Where do I find the datye time parameters

Don't see it listed in the configuration menu
 
If the BCM is connected to the network, I find it most convenient to set the system to use NTP to maintain the correct time. Just be sure to set the time zone first, and if you're using an ntp server name instead of an IP address insure you have a valid DNS programmed on the BCM. You'll never need to set the time again unless the connection to the server is lost for some reason.
