BCM 3.7 CDR Pull Client Issue

I am trying to get the Pull Utility for a 3.7 working. I have created a user "User" with CDRUSER Group. I have set the CDR Transfer Type to Pull on the BCM. I have installed the CDR Client Wrapper on a workstation that has someone's special call account software. The customer says that I need to use the BCM PUll Utulity. I have the Server IP set correctly (to the BCM) in the Call Detail Recording Display. I just need help in the setup of the CDR Pull Client (setup as in user name/password on the workstation that will be doing the pulling).Where do I tell the pull software which folder to place the SMDR data? There is no domain on this installation.

When you setup the info for CDRUser in the BCM, the user/password should be what is used to log into the client PC.
The CDR files will be stored in the location where you installed the Pull Client on the PC.

Thanks - that was the missing piece to the puzzle. I had to conform to the password policy on the BCM . I changed the password on the PC that pulls the data.
