bcm 3.7 cdr -ftp dir err= 5 !!!

Hi i am trying to transfer the cdr to ftp and i am getting an the following error,
"Cant change to working dir err=5!!!"

The system has to os and su 99 patch.

Hi has anybody else had any problems with bcm400 3.7 outputting cdr to an external ftp server, i have this working on a number of bcm 3.7 systems but for some reason am getting the above error in the alarm manger. I have checked all the latest 3.7 patches and can't see any that are relevent to this, as i said the bcm has the os and su3 patch installed, the bcm has been reset and the hard drive replaced.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
