I have a BCM 3.7 at a customer site. The call center was working fine. Now all of a sudden the customer cannot process the calls to generate the reports. Everything else works fine. You can see the agents logged on and off. You can see how many calls were received. I download a patch from Nortels website. It was a BCM 3.7 update patch for call center reports. Another thing I looked at was the service pack. Any help would be appreciated.
