BCM 3.7 call center reports

BCM 400 3.7 with call center professional. When printing reports the system prints a graph with every report on a separate page. Is it possible to print these without the graph page?
Another issue that has come up is certain agents are not shoing up on the reports although they do show up in "real time" .....??
Any suggestions?

What version of voicemail?

I won't be able to go back for a few days in order to check that , but I do know it's all brand new and likely the latest version of call center professional,with reporting and voicemail.

I would say you will need to install the cumulative patch for the BCM if it is 3.7 and the latest version of the RCC.
