BCM 3.7 Call Center Reporting - Historical Reports ?

I recently loaded the 3.7 Service Update 3 and since the Realtime reports work but the system is not pulling historical reports. I tried to establish the connection to the contact Center and it does not retrieve any of the recieved calls from the database. Any help would be appreciated. What is the port for the connection to Contact Center.
