BCM 3.7 BRI-ST/PRI

I am using a BRI-ST module to access PRI channels for my video conferencing instead of direct ISDN lines. Incoming is no problem,all 6 channels are nailed up. My problem is outgoing. I get a network error on my video conf system and the call does not go thru. I would like to compare programming on the BCM if anyone has this working.
