BCM 3.7 and Outlook 2010

I have a customer that has a BCM 400 3.7 using Unified Messaging with Novell Groupwise. They have recently upgraded to Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010. Does anyone know if 3.7 Unified messaging is compatible with 2010?

I do not think so. I have a customer with BCM50 5.0 that is having the same issue. Avaya just now got a Beta patch available to correct the problem with 3.0 and the 5.0. As far as i know Avaya stopped supporting 3.X software and the chances of them coming out with a patch to correct 3.7 problems with outlook 2010 is very slim. Someone posted on line a work around to fix the problem. It worked for me with my customer. You can search for it and try it. Good luck.
 
if you select the voice mail to email instead of creating callpilot's on inbox it should work
