BCM 3.6 to 4.0 upgrade

Mine has been sitting at 68% for close to 4 hours now. Never had one take this long. The Nortel emblem is still spinning, and occasionally the lan port flashes. Leave it alone?
 

The longest one i had took 3 hours and was caused by the the bug in 3.6 where the rcc database grew way beyond its maximum size.Are you using call center on this one?
 
Disk 2, no call center on there. Yet. Came in this morning, still at 68%.
 
I rebooted, can browse to the default IP, but cannot access it via Element Manager. When I do browse to it, the BCM 4.0 screen appears. Hmmm.
 
Try restarting the upgrade. I had an issue that my window did not update. I restarted the upgrade and it was fine.

Did the pre-check tool showed everything good? Did you check the BFT prior to the upgrade?
