I had to migrate to a new laptop for remote access and now encountering problems with system administration and management access.
When I remotely dial-in via analog line I am able to access the CallPilot Manager screen and work within that section,but the problem begins when I try to use the Preinstalled Client Access Home Page.
I have already downloaded/installed the preinstalled java client, as well as d/l'd the java virtual machine and jre-1_5_0_01-windows-i586-p-iftw programs.
I end up waiting for over 15minutes for the Configure page to load and at the bottom of the window is the message: "Applet MSPManagementUI notinited" . Eventually the dial-up connection times out and I try again.
I've tried playing with the security settings of my internet explorer browser and change it to low, still no change.
I've also tried dialing into various BCM's for comparison but still same result.
Any suggestions?
