BCM 3.6 RCC problem

Hi All,

Im having a problem on BCM 3.6,when trying to get the summary report the skillsets are not showing,but in Real Time it shows,i already rebooted the web server where RCC launcher is installed and also i re-installed the RCC but still same result,any ideas?
