BCM 3.6 "Network not available"

Customer has 4 phones that are displaying "Network not available" when trying to dial out. These are the only phones that have reported this problem this morning. No problems receiving or making calls on the other phones.
Does anyone hae any ideas?

One other thing, these are digital sets not IP sets.

Yes, and the unbelievable thing is that the phones started working again. We did not go out and do anything. I think this BCM could be unstable.But I would like to know why the phones said "Network not available".
