bcm 3.6 help reset password harddrive crash

I have an old BCM 1000 running 3.6. My harddrive crashed. Due to the difficult to find replacement HD, I purchased a refurb from a local var.

However, the default passwords are not working. I've called the var, but no help. I was told it was a good gho image...

Question is, how do I go about changing the default ee_admin password so I can load my keycodes and restore my data using BRU?

One time I used to use :5800 vnc side but not sure 3.6 lets me do that anymore.

Any help would be great, as I have not found any on google. And I can not get support through nortel for this old machine anymore.

I got it fixed. I ended up purchasing another drive, and all is well. case closed
