I have a BCM 3.6 with Unified Messaging and they have all the faxes come into 1 Outlook Inbox. Some faxes that come in are not compressed and some are compressed. It does not matter if they are local or long distance. They save every fax. They are using Windows Fax Viewer. When they print the faxes that are not compressed it prints pretty quickly. When they print the faxes that are compressed it goes through every fax that is saved and brings them all up in the fax viewer before they can print the correct one. This takes forever. Any thoughts?
