I just recently took over 2 BCM 3.6's that are networked via a PRI with SL-1 enabled. I can call all extensions from B to A, but when I call A to B only certain DN's will go through. I have no target lines programmed above 300. Also on B I can progam a target with DN(private) and works for a while and then when you call rings once and disconnects. Lines are configured with Control DN same as extension and private to extension, also set as ring only with 2 appearances on sets and 1 appearance on skillsets. Any help would be greatly appreciated and help returned in kind. Thanks

In the UK we can not network 2 BCMs together because both BCMs will only act as a secondary clocking source there has to be a Meridian in the mix. Have you a Meridian in the network or some other box?

Here in the states we network them with either PRI, T1 or IP trunks. I acutally think I'm having a resource issue, because the systme is configured 2/6 PDD and should really be 2/6 FDD. We get our clocking from the Primary circuit and then use it for additional circuits.

You can't transfer a private line to any other phone or do a call pickup. I changed all mine to public.

I already had them configured as public. I can call from one site a to be but not b to a. Site b also only has a public dn length of 3 and a is 4. I'm going to change b to 4 but then i'm going to have to put all the receive number back into the target lines.

acewarlock and mrmarshall thanks for the help.

Thanks acewarlock and mrmarsahll, here was the resolution:
1) upgraded the 3.6 to 3.7
2) Installed all patches available and
wahlla it started working.

Thanks again.
