BCM 3.6 DID

I have a customer looking to set up a DID for an employee that is not in the office. All they want is the call to go to mail. He calls in and retreives the messages. Can someone please explain to me how to set this up without having to use up a dn? If i set up a phone in the server room lets say, once unplugged it becomes in active.

Setup his target line in the AA to go to Vmail instead of his ext number.

You could also set his target line as an express messaging line in his mailbox. Just make sure the prime set for the target line is the voicemail DN.
